Every article published on Rockwell Forbes must satisfy five editorial principles.
- Is the information factually accurate?
- Is the article educational rather than prescriptive?
- Does it fairly explain both benefits and risks?
- Are claims supported by reliable sources?
- Will readers finish the article better informed than when they started?
Sourcing
We rely on primary sources: regulatory filings, provider fee schedules and offering documents, published regulatory guidance, and audited data. Secondary sources are cited only where a primary source is unavailable.
Review process
Every piece is written by a named author and reviewed by a second editor before publication. Numeric claims are verified against a source at the time of checking, and the review date is recorded on the page.
Language policy
Our house style avoids directive or promotional phrasing. We do not write "you should", "we recommend", "buy now", "best investment" or "guaranteed returns". We write "some investors consider", "historically", "one approach is", "potential advantages include", "potential drawbacks include", and "factors to evaluate include".
Independence
Advertisers and affiliate partners never receive advance review of content and never influence our analysis.
